Is becoming a Foster Carer with your local council something you want to explore this year? Fostering might be one of the most rewarding paths you could take if you want to make a real difference to a child’s life, and we are here to help you get started.

There are plenty of different reasons why people become a Foster Carer, so we know that if you’re considering it, you will want all of your questions answered.

To begin with, we will advise if you meet the requirements to become a Foster Carer and help you understand more about what you need to consider practically too. The main criteria to become a Foster Carer is that you must be over the age of 21 and have a spare bedroom.
